When will my order ship?

 Each Art Prints is produced just for you! I have no existing stock of any of these products. Depending on orders quantity, it may take up to 2 days to get everything ready for delivery! The package will ship between 3-8 business days after your order is placed. You and I will be always in contact from order to delivery. I am here for any question.

Can I change my order once it's placed?

You have 24hours to mail me back in case of an error or if you changed your mind. I will manage everything to satisfy your request if possible.

What if the product arrived damaged?

If your print or collage single piece were unfortunately damaged during shipment, please send me photos of the damage, along with the packaging, and your order number, and I will send a replacement as soon as possible! You don't need to send me the piece back.

IMPORTANT: if the piece is a numbered piece, i need you to prove me you destroyed the damaged one so i can replace with another but with the same numeration. If it is a Single Piece collage of the handmade collection, i'm sorry but there's no way for me to replace it.
